SYNOPSIS

An illegal group of drug-traffickers and dealers has controlled the power of White City to plunge to the neighborhoods and communes in the consumption of the worst drugs, establishing a war of decrees that will not have limits. 

NEGRO and NEGRITO are two important gangsters of the city who have neither piety as their victims, being makers of the chaos of a city riddled with violence and criminality, having as intention conquer the business of drugs to any price, situation that leaves from the hands of NEGRO, since it will destroy his humanity leading it to committing a terrible act of revenge that will turn into a human hunt.
